RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Since the inception of our company, we have been involved in research and development, always aiming to ensure economic use of our technical forming methods in small series, high component precision and to create complex geometries and materials. We have solutions that permit efficient designs of tools and forming processes. Here, we collaborate continuously with the Otto-von-Guericke University in Magdeburg and other institutes of higher learning.

We accept research and development contracts for manufacturers of new materials, which we test to identify their forming properties. We complete research work on behalf of customers, using state-of-the-art flow forming technologies to create effective component designs that satisfy the requirements of modern lightweight engineering – in a precision that is hitherto unrivalled by mechanical processing.
